Information Pinarella

Pinarella is part of Cervia’s municipality. Its name derives from the fact it hosts a lush pinewood forest which covers most of its territory.

Pinarella has only recently developed as a tourist destination: like Tagliata, it became an important resort of the Riviera because of the peculiarities of its territory, which is mostly covered by a lush pinewood forest which develops up to the beach and gives tourists the possibility to enjoy shade during the hottest summer days.

Comfortable accommodation facilities offering high-quality services and a rich entertainment programme based on interesting activities and amazing events contributed to make Pinarella one of the most appreciated holiday destinations in the municipality of Cervia – Milano Marittima.

Fine sand, unspoiled landscapes and high-quality services and facilities: Pinarella is the ideal holiday destination for large numbers of tourists. Cultural associations and local authorities often arrange amazing shows and events and popular folk festivals which, together with the city’s outstanding natural beauties, attract large numbers of visitors.

Every year, the so-called “Fiera di San Giuseppe” (Festival of St. Joseph) and “Sagra della Seppia” (Festival of the Cuttlefish) gather thousands of gourmets and the lovers of genuine traditions. These charming events inaugurate the fishing season and give participants the possibility to eat tasty fish delicacies. Pinarella is situated few kilometres far from Milano Marittima and a short distance from the most important cities of Romagna.
